- Save Free Text answers immediately when dragging the slider to unlock the next question of a question sequence: they were always saved, but under some circumstances, the dialog that warns candidates about locking an unanswered question was erroneously shown
- Disable full-screen control on videos (browsers other than Chrome may still show the control and allow toggling full-screen)
- Fix edge cases around loading the exam (avoid multiple QR code scans per login, improve clean up when cancelling the login process): under some unlikely circumstances involving slow network connectivity, candidates could have multiple sessions in a way that confused Monitor
